4-HONLINE ENROLLMENT

Enrolling in 4-H Online will provide us with your child's health information, their "signed" Code of Conduct form, and other pertinent information that we will need to prepare for 4-H Camp. All sections need to be complete for your enrollment to be approved (COVID Vaccine cards are no longer required). In the unit section of the enrollment, please choose 4-H Junior Camp, and select Personal Development as your project.  

Please make sure to complete 4-H Online enrollment for your camper within one week of filling out the 4-H Camp Registration forms. If your 4-H'er is already enrolled in 4-H Online for the 2024-2025 4-H year, your 4-H Extension Agent will add the 4-H Camp unit to your enrollment.
